Health tips for skiing and snowboarding: imperative warm your core, your legs and your knees


To reduce the risk of accidents on skis or snow board on your first descent, I advise you to warm up. 

Just before hitting your first slope in the morning to warm up intensively doing the following exercises for 10 minutes: 


  • Save trunk rotations 
  • Raise your legs 
  • Bend your knees 
This heating will activate your circulation and soften your muscles and joints. 

I suggest doing his exercises also after a long break (especially the lunch) and when it is very cold.

Reminder: I recommend the use of helmets for the practice of snow sports. In snowboarding, the protections for the buttocks, tailbone and thighs are needed.
