To reduce the risk of accidents on skis or snow board on your first descent, I advise you to warm up.
Just before hitting your first slope in the morning to warm up intensively doing the following exercises for 10 minutes:
- Save trunk rotations
- Raise your legs
- Bend your knees
I suggest doing his exercises also after a long break (especially the lunch) and when it is very cold.
